Items purchased on the Just Touch Wood website may be returned for a refund ONLY if it is within 30 days of purchase and the product is deemed unfit for purpose.
Bespoke items ordered on the Just Touch Wood website CAN NOT be returned for a refund due to the nature of the communications between the seller and the customer during the creation of the bespoke item. It is deemed that as payment is not taken until the design draft has been approved by the customer, approval has therefore been given for the creation of the item to proceed.
